Dr Melinda M Dodd is an interdisciplinary scholar with a focus on connections, impacts, and throughlines across geographies, cultures, and generations. Her areas of concentration include: social and cultural impacts of climate change; island ecologies and economies; equitable access to knowledge and information; women’s educational history, structures, purpose; and the impacts of migration on social and knowledge structures. She is Secretary of the Australian Population Association (APA) and a member of the APA Conference Organising Committee. She currently works for Flinders University, South Australia.
