Early Bird Registration

To be entitled to the early bird registration fee you must have registered and paid by Friday 20 September 2024.

Student Registrations

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Student ID may be requested upon checking in to the Conference. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Conference Managers via email register.apa2024@arinexgroup.com.  Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex. If you receive any external communications please note proceeding with booking with an external provider is at your own risk and no liability will be borne by the event organisers. Registration Form

All registration types entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Social function: Welcome Reception
  • Catering: morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
  • Access to discounted accommodation rates
    • Registration confirmation

    Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

    •  Name badge

    Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk.  The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.  You are responsible for having your badge clearly visible at all times and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.  The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

    • EFT/Invoice

    Payment via EFT will be available from the registration open date and will close one (1) month prior to the conference. Attendees will receive an invoice for the registration fee within their registration confirmation email that is sent upon completion of the registration form. Payment via eft is required within 30 days from the date of invoice.

    Registrations with outstanding EFT payments over 30 days, will be advised of cancellation if payment is not received within 7 days of notification.

    • Credit Card

    Attendees can select to pay via credit card upon registration. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.

    Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers by emailing register.apa2024@arinexgroup.com.

    Cancellation of Registration Fees:

    • Cancellations on or before Tuesday 20 August 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations from Wednesday 21 August 2024 to Thursday 10 October 2024 will incur a 50% refund of fees payable.
    • Cancellations on or after Friday 11 October 2024 will receive no refund.

    Private Touring, Private Functions and Hospitality Arrangements

    Should you have any specialized group requirements for private touring, private functions, transportation or hospitality services (other than those organized for the official program), please contact the Conference Managers who will be pleased to assist.

    This information is correct at the time of publishing.  The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the program, and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organization(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

    The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.

    The Conference Managers of APA 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior.  Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
